In order to keep things running smoothly, here are some simple tips and tricks to make your trash removal as quick and painless as possible. Together, we can make trash removal less work for both of us!
- Whenever you take out the trash, remember to only include appropriately sized household items. Please don’t add any large items, metal objects, yard waste, or construction debris to your trash container. Additionally, take care of your container, as you are responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen bins.
- Taking your trash to the curb the night before pickup is always more efficient and less stressful. You won’t be rushed in the morning, and can rest easy that we’ll take care of it throughout the day, leaving you with an empty (and much lighter) trash container.
- If your trash hasn’t been picked up on the allotted day, give us a call within 24 hours and we’ll make it right! However, we do not offer refunds if Trash Away Sanitation wasn’t at fault.
- If you end up with more trash than your bin can hold, feel free to call us to add cans to your account. We won’t collect trash that is not in a bin, so try to fit everything in, within reason.
- Last but not least is invoice payment. As much as we love serving you, paying your invoice before the due date is a must if you don’t want late fees or an interruption in service. Nonpayment may also result in your can being picked up, and a delivery fee will be issued upon reinstatement. Additionally, if you cancel service before the end of your pre-pay cycle, a bin pickup fee may apply.
