If there is a past-due balance on your account, in order to have your trash picked up on the next pickup cycle, your past-due balance must be paid in full no later than 12PM EST the business day before your pickup day.

If you set up your Auto-pay after the 1st of the month, please contact the office to process your first month’s payment.

If you need to make payment arrangements, please call the office the day before your scheduled pickup day.
