If the holiday falls after your pickup day, then there is no change on your pickup day. If you have any concerns or questions regarding holiday schedules, please reach out to the office staff. Trash Away Sanitation only dumps household trash. Unfortunately, that causes us not to be able to dump those types of items. However, if you have any questions about disposing of these items, please reach out to the office staff.

Yes! We have the option to set up auto pay upon setting up the account, via website, or over the phone with office staff. If you are past due and setting up auto pay via website, please make sure it’s paid before 12pm Est the business day prior to your scheduled pick up. This includes extra cans, bags, and boxes. We ask for all boxes to be broken down and all extra or loose trash to be placed in bags beside the trash can to prevent any trash flying out the back of the truck and to help keep our community clean. Please reach out to the office staff if you have any questions regarding extra trash.
