Review Our Customer Guidelines

The Trash Away Sanitation customer guidelines are as follow:

• Please pay your invoice by the due date to avoid interruption of service and a late fee.
• Please take your trash to the curb the night before your scheduled pickup day to guarantee trash collection.
• Please only put household trash in your bins. Do not add construction debris, large items, or yard debris to your garbage.
• Please take care of your container. You are responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged bins.
• Failure to receive a bill does not release you from your obligation to pay your bill on time.
• Please notify us within 24 hours if your trash was not collected.
• No refunds will be given unless Trash Away Sanitation is at fault.
• If your can has been picked up due to nonpayment, a can delivery fee will be applied upon reinstatement. 
• If services are terminated prior to the end of your pre-paid cycle, a container pickup fee may apply. 
• Contact the office a day before your pick up if you have more trash than the cart will hold.
