Customer Guidelines

The Trash Away Sanitation customer guidelines are as follow:

  • Please pay your invoice by the due date to avoid interruption of service and a late fee.
  • Please take your trash to the curb the night before your scheduled pickup day to guarantee trash collection.
  • Please only put household trash in your bins. Do not add construction debris, large items, metal items and objects, or yard debris to your garbage.
  • Please take care of your container. You are responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged bins.
  • Failure to receive a bill does not release you from your obligation to pay your bill on time.
  • Please notify us within 24 hours if your trash was not collected.
  • No refunds will be given unless Trash Away Sanitation is at fault.
  • If your can has been picked up due to nonpayment, a can delivery fee will be applied upon reinstatement. 
  • If services are terminated prior to the end of your pre-paid cycle, a container pickup fee may apply. 
  • Trash Away is not responsible for trash that is left outside of the can. Please make sure all the trash is inside the original can(s) you pay for. If you have more trash than the can(s) will hold, you can always call us and add more cans to your account. Leaving trash outside the can is done so at your own risk.
